Taking a moment to wish my Orthodox readers a Merry Christmas this evening; yes, just when everyone thought Christmas was over and went back to their routine, we are celebrating it for the second time tonight- the perks of being an Orthodox Christian in Catholic countries ;-)

On another note, I just got back from Riga where I spent the past weekend visiting my best friend and a favourite of yours, from what I know. She has kindly offered me her whole wardrobe to play with which I totally took an advantage of, having almost run out of clothes options brought with me from London. That Chanel bag was nearly stuffed in my hands and the scarf carefully tied around my neck before I could protest about the whole look being too elegant for my usual taste. Did not feel exactly like 'me' but I ended up sort of liking it however I still kindly declined the shoes and happily slipped into my oh-so-worn-in-boots yet again- there was an attempt of sightseeing after all!
